Sold the low!

Out of Rhodium. I made what I thought was a pretty solid gamble at buying low, especially vs. historic highs. It really felt like the right time to jump onto a ground-floor PM and wait for someone to punch a higher floor.
Phooey. it's been sitting there like the proverbial turd in the punchbowl for weeks and months since I bought into the Kitco pool. Almost no movement. In terms of $$ I'm down about $1k. But the real loss was in just having the $$ sit there and do nothing, while Ag, Pd, Pt, and Au zoomed up and down the charts like Speedy Gonzales on meth.
The situation in Japan leads me to believe we may see a strong enough dip throughout technology and auto sectors, and a rush to liquidate by the Japanese, so's to cause a further decline in Rhodium.
It's just not worth the gamble at this time. So I've cashed it in.
Good move, bad move?

We are like children who look at print and see a serpent in the last letter but one, and a sword in the last.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
