1971 bazooka pete rose psa 9 no visible lines

ebay item 120690113509. wanting to upgrade my set and came across this 1971 bazooka pete rose psa9. there are no visible lines and should have been graded authentic only. my question how could psa make such a huge mistake?

    Well, I can't say that I have ever seen one w/o the lines. It definately has sharp corners and appears to be centered all around. Personally, I think it should fall into the same category as the '69 Nabisco. Show the dotted line or give it an Authenic. JMO
