Reverse Proof Silver Eagle HORROR!

My PR70 Reverse Proof Silver Eagles are getting MILK SPOTS!!!!!!!!!
What can I do? Is there a way to save them from ruin? Is it too late? Is all lost??
Worst case... will PCGS buy them back? It's going to break my heart to part with them if I must.

I held onto my NGC PF 70 Registry Set for over 5 years with no major problems of spotting. However, I could not take the chance anymore and sold off the set last year. Though I love the series, I no longer collect the series.
Box of 20
.I sent 2 PF's and 2 RP's all 20th Anniversary slabbed 70's to NGC for grade review because of spots and they returned 4 replacement 70's to me with the 20th Anniv. label, new edge view holders
Not to worry.....
<< <i>Milk spots have been the bane of this series. It seems an acetone dip upon receipt (followed by proper rinsing) precludes this problem. None of my eagles have ever spotted. Cheers, RickO >>
what are you using to proper rinse ?
