Scott #11 stamp question

I'm doing a coin article where I'm discussing the impact of postage on the legislation of the three cent silver coin. The 3-cent stamp issued in 1851 (Scott #11, I believe) is significant to the story and I need some reference information from the Scotts catalog. Could someone PM me that would mind answering a few questions and has a that catalog available?

Scott's #10 is an orange brown 3c stamp, issued July 1, 1851. #11 is the same design but dull red, issued in 1853-1855.
