Which recent Coin World issue had discussion of the 3-cent coin?

This seems like a broad question, but I recall an article in Coin World within the past few months or so discussing the 3-cent silver denomination and postage stamps. I tried searching their archives and even looked in the table of contents going back for many months and I couldn't find that article that I read. I did receive a complimentary Numismatic News issue in the past few months or so, but I don't think the article was in there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  • I searched within the past year and the only three cent silver article I found in Coin World was a reference to a new book on page 74 of the July 12, 2010

Unfortunately, that's not the article and I'm pretty sure it would have been much more recent than that. I'm kicking myself for not saving the article now. I need to follow up on some information I saw in it for an upcoming article. Thanks anyway.
