    I can't come up with anyone, although everybody who has been mentioned is quite deserving.

    I would have such a hard time voting for just one individual that I would probably end up not voting, because
    it wouldn't be fair to all the other guys who chime in and are greatly appreciated.

    Every contributor has strengths in some special area. If I had to pick one nominee, it'd be roadrunner. The guy just smokes'em past me before I even know what he's talkin about!image

    Just as there are many "well qualified" numismatists each year, only one can be crowned. Same applies here. I recognize that this forum is a product of, and successful because of the diverse fabric of contributors. Nevertheless, I will be posting a ballot this evening from a list compiled of the above names which were mentioned more than once. Because the results of this "election" have no bearing on anything, I entirely respect your choice not to vote. I just feel that, as a show of gratitude, it might be nice to recognize some of this forum's top notch contributors. We all are lucky to have such a place to discuss, and learn about something we all share a common passion for.....precious metals!

    I cannot take credit for that. Someone else came up with the idea. I just happen to get up about 4am ET for work everyday, so now it's kind of a ritual on the first of the month.

    I do not remember who started it, but if someone else wants to take over the reins, let me know and I will gladly share.image

    I guess I should say at this point...thanks for putting up with me image Although I feel that I would win hands down the "Most misunderstood poster of the year award", I know at times I go on rants that are maybe misplaced. Again, thanks to all of you for the gift of the cumulative knowledge that is shared here.
