It is low, I talked to some guys on the currency forum and they said the average price for these stars around that serial is $80. And thats what ive seen on Ebay when they have come up.

$350 for whats shown (what I can see)? Looks to me like a '69 Washie is in the group of silver Washies, making face value $8.13 in .900, a 40% half, a 2 center (66 cents non silver, the '69 Washie, the 36 cents in the SMS, and the 2 center) and the $50 bill ?
