    my spidey sense says something isn't right

    looks proof (at first), but the picture makes it look like it might be a polished business strike (micro bumps on the surface, weak areas, etc)

    It is a proof coin, but I think it would get the Genuine for Cleaned. If they let it slip through I say 64 at best based on the odd surface. At first glance it looks better, but a few seconds, it looks odd.

    That's just what I meant. ODD - without the winkey thingie. The reverse is troubling.

    There is no way to provide a grade guess that is anywhere near meaningful, based on the images provided.

    From the photo I would say it's a proof but I don't like the neck of Liberty at all.
