do you put your cards in penny sleeves before the card savers when submitting?

Thanks,

Yes. I slit one side of the penny sleeve so as to not have to force the card into it.

Wow - do I feel like the village idiot for never having figured that simple trick out. I wonder how many corners I've dinged.

I use sleeves, but know many that don't.

  • The bigger question is, does anyone have any bad experiences to report as a result of using Card Saver IIs instead of Card Saver Is?

Since they don't return the Card Savers, I'd think they could just use a sharp scissor to cut around the card to prevent damaging it upon removal from the holder. In other words, just destroy the holder and throw it in the garbage.
  • I sent in a Payton RC in a saver 2 (Had no 1's) came back an 8.5. When I received it I noticed no differences.

I've sent them in 1's, 2's, old recycled no-name brands, you name it... I sent my last order of 52 cards in 26 Card Saver 1's (two per saver). I got 13 10's and 29 9's, so it must not have gone too badly.
