That's some good stuff, GSA! Top notch high quality bullion.

My meager for this week. Gecko's post got me in the mood, and my dealer just happened to have another. This puts me up to a dozen of these 2.5 pesos. My dealer gave me a 1/10th oz Pt eagle tube, so I've got a ~50 2.5 peso gold goal!

Turned down a really nice 1911-C raw sovereign that was probably a 64 for melt, but I just didn't need it.

  • Just got my newest aquisition via the mail lady. But the wife has the damned camera! image

    2 hints:

    It weighs 32.15 troy ounces.

Its NOT considered a precious metal, yet is closely associated with precious metals in a notorious way.
  • Its a slow week so I only got 8 coins not much to show but at least something! imageimage

gsa, what kind of halves you got in there?

Well, the long awaited xmas bonus. Actually delivered last week after icemageddon down here in Atlanta, but I was in NY for the weekend so I didn't get to post.

Anybody care to guess what's on the other side of these? W/O cheating.

  • I purchased a 2010 american eagle proof set for my son who is now 2 months old and was born in 2010. Actually, my wife suggested that I start a college fund with some of my coin sale profits, and instead I bought this set for him "if" he decides to go to college down the road!! At that point, he can sell it for tuition or keep it. If he decides not to go....it's mine. ;-) Hopefully it will have gained some value by then, but either way, it was a heck of a lot more fun than putting it in the bank. :-D

The PAMP gold Pendant I purchased for my wife as a Christmas present....I keep trying to pull my family into the gold bullion world

Those can't be one ozers, based on the size of the pattern in the granite. I'd guess 1/10s. Still way cool. image
