To be contrary, I believe the first one comes very close to VF, and I have VFs with similar detail. But those are earlier dates. Perhaps the graders are more lenient with earlier dates.
I will guess VF20 and VG10.

Being a collector of circ. graded Walkers, I see this kind of thing every time I take my coins out and lay them side by side. Still doesn't make any sense though:
Oops! Are you going to send that second one in for a grade review It does make you wonder though - that is pretty fundamental circ coin grading that was obviously blown.

The second coin clearly has more wear and I hope the graders saw it that way also. VG10
