1992 Classic Shaquille O'neal, please help me!!!

I purchased (from feebay) a 1992 - 1993 classic 4 sport gold auto of Shaq.. The card is hand numbered on the front to 2500, which I guess is the gold version. Here is my problem, the card has a picture of Shaq and Kareem. I can't confirm and have no knowledge that this card was signed by both players when the card was distributed. The seller, who I believe posts on this board and has a fantastic track record on EBAY, has a picture of a coa from Scoreboard saying that the card was signed by both. The coa is a separate piece of paper, not on the card and seller states that the back of the card has coa, just not sure if it says both players signed the card.
So, my question to the board is "Is this the the legit gold version of the classic 1992 card and was it signed by both Kareem and Shaq (was it intended to be signed by both) or has the card been signed by Kareem (or whoever) after the card was obtained by whomever? If any one has any knowledge of this card and what it is supposed to look like, please help me.
I am too ignorant to post the link to the auction, but I if you look at the last nights Shaq auto sales (this was the only one I think) you will see it ($61.55)
Thanks for any info you can provide.

It's a version of the short print insert card that was made, but that card was numbered one of 46080

Since yours isn't #'d out of 46080, it would appear to be a special card produced to be signed by both, and likely sold through SAH, QVC, or some other direct marketing place. Here is another once for sale:

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
<< <i>I will send in for grading when I get it.
simmer down now, i wouldn't go that far.
<< <i>Thanks to everyone who assisted. I purchased the card. I will send in for grading when I get it.
Please post a pic when you get it back. That's a sweet card of the two Laker legends.
I have Shaq's auto on a poster - my sister-in-law got it for me when he came to SA to see his dad - she was their their bank rep when his dad was still on active duty and was invited to a party - this was after he just entered the NBA. Some wish I had gotten a ball - but for me - I would rather have the poster - tho I'm clueless where it is?
Congratulations on your pickup - looking forward to seeing it after it comes back in the holder.
