  • Well I must say this was a much stronger response then I had expected so thanks for all the interest.

    This coin I do believe to be MS, the rub spots that have been talked about are I think due to the week strike (see stars (both sides)and die cracks(both sides) telling me this was mostly a later stage die paring do to the high mintage.

    as far as the envelope goes I just liked how you can tell that this coin has not been touched in years.

    I did learn quite a bit more about this coin from this thread so thanks for all the great information guys.

    I am sure if the coin was dipped it would have been a 65/66
