Does this coin have what it takes to get an MS67FB?

Here's a 1948 Roosy I picked up awhile back, in an old Anacs holder. I think it has the "look" for an MS67FB. The obverse is very clean, virtually mark free. The only negatives are on the reverse, where there is a slight tick in the fields directly above the torch on the reverse (between the S and the O), and a few hits in the leaves to the left of the torch, but nothing that major or distracting.
Would be interested in whether or not the Roosy crowd out there thinks this would have a chance upon crackout of getting that grade. Thanks.

The only way to make an economic system truly stable is to permit the free market to take over.

As for FB, from the pics, I would say no.
