OK, I'm convinced the seller is a scammer base solely on the shilling, but any chance that he used a stolen photo for the box since he wasn't sure about busting the case yet? If I had a case and wasn't sure whether to list as boxes or as a whole case, I damn sure wouldn't bust it just to take a picture.

I wasn't referring to the picture, but the listing description itself..it was copied and pasted from Felicia's..

The bad thing about older vending cases from what I remember 1992 and before , the lids of the case were just glued shut, making it easy for the scammer to open and then just re-glue the lids back. Then the only way to tell if they were tampered with is to open the case.
I just wonder if this seller didn't send a email to the 3rd & 4th High bidder with the same, Hey I just happen to have a few of these laying around. definitely a federal offense being over 10,000 dollars and crossing state lines, but very hard to prove, plus I was once told back in the mid 90's by a FBI agent that basically anything under 250,000 wasn't worth their time or trouble. I wonder what the amount is now in 2011?
