I would like to compile a list of one word adjectives to describe the eye appeal (initially I used the phrase "PQness" or lack thereof, of a coin.....I'll modify the list here in this first post and try to put it in highest order first: (Gotta be one worders):
Here's the list (I have now organized them and put them into catagories):
INCREDIBLE
incredible
magnificent
stellar
superb
stunning
astounding
EXCEPTIONAL
exceptional
splendid
outstanding
superior
stupendous
fantastic
WORTHY
PQ
beautiful
appealing
nice
acceptable
CACable
AVERAGE
average
ordinary
UNATTRACTIVE
dreck
dog
I kinda broke them out into catagories.....
Words I took out and why:
flawless -- it's a comment on the surfaces not on the coin's eye appeal
gemmy - slang
beautemous -- slang
bodacious -- seems to be more applicable to something other than coins
splendiferous - seems just an unnecessary elongation of spendid
fine -- too easily confused with the circulated grade of fine
sucks - a verb, not an adjective
vomitus -- coins never make people vomit
Obviously, there's some of my personal opinion involved in this.

Seen on an 1813 O-105 CBH that fell a whisker shy of EF. Common variety, common grade. I suppose "choice" would have been apt, but "yummy" seemed to fit.
Remember who used that?
they originally worded their bean to be a "P.Q. " coin - then they changed that interpretation to mean "solid for the grade " ,
don't know what it will be changed to next ...........
unencumbered
or in a negative connotation just drop the 'un'
But then again it's all up to 'U'
(my TM on that one please)
negative: scatologic
