As 2010 leaves us in six hours and we enter 2011, it's a time to not only reflect on the pleasure this hobby affords each of us but an opportunity to gaze forward. Here is to each of us expanding our joy within this wonderful pastime of collecting coins
and building friendships with like minded enthusiasts.
Happy New Year and goodnight.

Happy New Year........and on post 25,000.........
This new year holds more promise than any we've had in a very long time. People
seem to be uniting a little for a common cause and maybe we can break the back of
the great recession. Coin usage is already increasing again. The states and territory
issues are rising to over 50% of circulating issues as the coins in storage are flowing
back into circulation and mintages are increasing once more.
Maybe we can turn around many of the nasty trends of the last several decades.
That is a lot of posts! Congrats and happy new year.
