Heck no Bully! How can they go anywhere but up? I called to check on my B/O and the operator noted:

"We made the required amount and sold out once that was reached."

If we take the last sales figure (12/19/2010), the single 1/2 oz (10,131) + 4 coin set (31,846) = 41,977, which is still high compare with other years? (There are at least 10 years with a sub 40,000 mintage for 1/2 oz proof)

The half-oz. was the only one I didn't pick up... not quite enough room in the budget for the set, so I picked up what I was comfortable with, hoping I could pick up the 1/2 later... I'm still planning for that, but we'll have to see how it goes...
