I would like to thank MFH for the PCGS XF45 1899 Barber Dime that he gave away in his 6,000th post giveaway.
I correctly guesssed which raw dime was the first that he purchased for his Dansco. He has a very nice looking collection from the pictures that he posted.
I received the coin on Saturday and it is a wonderful addition to my collection.
Mike, thank you. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

Blue594 ... Mike has "beaten me to near death" with his Barber Quarter collection(s). (My collection pales in comparison). He really is a great guy, very knowledgeable and a good communicator.

I was more than pleased that you were able
to guess the first coin so quickly.


On my 3,000th Give away - it took almost three
weeks before someone "almost" guessed the
first Half in my 1st raw Dansco set. I finally had to
end the Thread and make an award to someone
who guessed the closest to my first addition.

Craig - I won't be competing with you very much
anymore - I'm almost thru with my upgrades.
