I don't see why it would be any easier to get plus grades when submitting through the Secure Plus tier. And of the coins I have resubmitted for clients, I haven't noticed any difference.
Should it matter???? Should the coin get a "+" if it's deserving of one regardless of how it's submitted???? This is just one of many reasons why I don't put a helluva lot of stock into this "+" game, sorry.
<< <i>Seems like it. I hardly see any + grades come through the regular system. >>
In theory, no. In practicality having submitted a large number of coins for Secure Plus designation, IMHO.....a very strong yes. >>
But did you submit an equally large number of regrades via a non Secure Plus tier at the same time and get noticeably different results? If not (on all counts), your results probably don't have any significance with respect to the OP's question.
