***BBCE DECEMBER 1975 Topps Mini Baseball Box Rip -

Quick Math: One of each pack is $31.95

We have not a rip in a while so I e-mailed Steve and asked for his best price on a box of 1975 Topps Baseball Mini's - his best price $1150 (a little better than his standard 10% Off!!!) If you are interested please post and I'll keep a running total.

The shipping and insurance charges will be the same as previous breaks. Please wait until we are sold out before sending payments. For those that have not been in past breaks, just post a reply stating what you want. Each person will be responsible for sending the correct amount to BBCE and be sure to include in your Paypal message your user name, real name and what you are paying for. Also in the message line include "CU Group Rip"

    Will any of you guys keep me in mind once you open your packs?

    I need about 70 total cards to complete the set. I would only be looking for the oddball commons (not stars) that you may have no desire to send in for grading.

    I can post (or PM) a list of what I need when the time comes. You guys let me know. Don't want to hijack the thread, but wanted to get it out there.

    The last group rip I participated in was the one during the National this year. I pulled these four cards from the same pack, and the cards were consecutive! THAT was fun... image

    Nice pack Jeff - I think it was searched! You should have asked for a refund!

    Just fyi to everyone I tried to get us a second box but Steve said he's almost run out of Mini boxes so it was a no go... if anyone wants me to set something else up please let me know and I'll ask.

    Not many great deals in football but if we had enough interest I'd ask on any of the following...

    1972 Topps Wax Ser 2 - $105 per pack
    1974 Topps Wax - $45 per pack
    1975 Topps Cello - $56 per cello
    1976 Topps Cello - $73 per cello
    1984 Topps Cello - $20 per cello

    All the above only have 24 packs so we if had enough interest I'd be willing to set it up.

    1975 Cello - That is the best balance of rookies, stars, and price. $105 for the 1972 mid-packs are too much, especially with the horrendous centering.

    Wow... I guess I should check during work on the board. I would do a football pack as well. (the last time we did the 1976 Cellos you lost about 4/5 cards due to gum in center and the wrapper on the outsides.

    Received my package from BBCE today. Really bummed about the 75 minis. Centering is really, really bad. The gum bled through the back card on all 6 packs...and it's a shame that a few of the back cards that were ruined were Lou Brock, Jim Rice RC & Tim McCarver. In the same pack as the Rice RC was a Reggie Jackson that is OC both ways...a real shame. In all, I count 20 miscuts out of 6 packs including a Bill Madlock & a Mike Schmidt. The 1 highlight was a fairly well centered Fred Lynn rookie...about 60/40 l/r.

    Oh well...hopefully I do better with the other stuff I bought.
