Ebay question about DSR. How and why would anyone ding my DSR?

Hi - I am perplexed here. Why would someone ding my DSR?
I noticed on my Item description and communication I got dinged!
Here are 3 out of 82 examples on listings I have on my ebay store.

Can I give a better Item Description????????
Far as Communication. As soon as I notice an item has sold and not paid for I send them a winning buyer notification and invoice. If the item is paid for I send a Payment Received Notification. After the buyer's payment is received I immediately leave positive feedback and package the item. I mail out next possible day and send the buyer a Shipping Notification that includes the DC tracking number.
What more can I possibly do so I do not have my DSR dinged?

4.97
4.99
4.99
5.0 (They can't ding me on this because I ship everything for free! Although if these buyers could I am sure they would ding this one too!)
I apologize for complaining. Trying not to complain. Just curious how the heck could a buyer ding me on Item Description and Communication. Again I am totally perplexed here...
Anything I am missing here? Something I could do to improve on?

Jk lots of idiots out there
I tend to just do a simple red font for the card saying and shipping and payment and I've got 5 stars (I think)
Edit add: I am not raged. I am just perplexed
Thus, no matter what you do, you're gonna get some 4's.

One guy gave me a couple of 2s on my shipping. I realized who it was after a while and I asked him what was wrong. I mailed him the item the SAME DAY he paid. When he finally got back to me he stated "I got you confused with someone else ... sorry. But don't worry about it, it won't effect you!"
Hopefully it won't happen to you again.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

I guess that makes some sense. Still it does somewhat annoy me that my lowest dsr is for item description. I offer a scan of the back of the card. I notice many sellers don't offer back scans on their listings.
