My Dansco Type Gold Collection.

Hello all, this is my first post on the PM section; and wanted to show off my gold collection. I love coin collecting, and have been trying to combine that with my bullion stacking; so I purchased 3 gold Dansco 7070 pages to put in an album to combine into a more complex gold type set with bullion, and velcroed some slabbed gold on the front cover. This contains all of the motto and no motto classic us gold down to 1834. It took 3 years to assemble, and I'm quite pleased with it, though I plan to change the page fonts eventually to be more suiting for some of the types. This is my entire gold portfolio.

The inside front cover has $3, $1 type 2, sesquincentennial gold and a Columbian 8 escudo slabbed.

The first page is the basic 7070 tyoe gold collection with indians and contains all of the "Motto" types.

The second page has the Classic Head, "No Motto" types, a few fillers and a $1 holed love token.

The last page is purely proof bullion, from US buffalo/commemorative, australian lunar, and chinese panda types.

I like it. I've never seen slabs velcro'd into the covers... Is there room for the cover to close?

I'm also jealous of the 8 esc. and have been looking for one.

Thanks for the comments! The slabs fit fine velcroed in since I only have 3 pages in an album made for 6 pages. I use the "velcro" technique on most of my Dansco albums where I have a slabbed key(like 1909-svdb or 16d merc) that I want to keep slabbed but still want to keep it with the collection.
