Russ-I'd say no. The weaker dies for the 1914/13-the majority of the eight known dies-aren't worth any additional premium.

This IS one of the toughest overdates to see! A full image of the coin would sure help....

It appears to be what was formerly listed as Die #5, which has since been de-listed. The corner of the "3" that many thought was the remnant of that digit has been determined to likely be a rust spot or some other physical damage to the die.
