No to your question however, if the Mint sells out quickly, it will be a reminder to all that silver investing is becoming a larger percentage of silver mined and will compete heavily with the industrial market's need for silver. So, in time, silver will become more and more scarce leading to much higher prices.

Just an FYI - Not counting subscriptions, there were approximately 6000 orders placed for the Proof ASEs in the first hour alone. Maybe a very quick sellout.

The big boys are ordering multiple hundreds of these things each. I know of one that has order 900 of them in 9 orders alone.
