Someone is selling two of my cards on eBay - What to do?

I was searching eBay tonight and noticed that a seller was selling 2 of the 1972s I bought recently here on our own BST from btcarfango. I displayed them in this thread right here on this forum.
Here are the links to the eBay auctions.

1972 Al Kaline
I'd hate to see someone get scammed buying cards the seller does not own, so what should/can I do?

Yes, I think he said he was going to ebay for cards not sold on BST. I never bought anything from him but it seems people were happy dealing with him. Can you tell if your scans are the same ones he's using for ebay sales?

A CPA could explain it further if ya need more detail on this accounting procedure.
"Poor record keeping. Thanks for the heads up. Going to have to notify the bidders after the fact and take the fee hit I suppose. Lesson learned.
