Scored this little Set run today.....

Bought this 10 set run today in an off ebay transaction. She doesn't sell cards that often but collects. The condition of the sets look pretty good and the price was right. Hopefully there will be some graders in there as well.

You can make a quick $40 profit - LMK >>

    how much are you offering?

just busting your balls a little, Tommy. If I had been making a serious offer though, I'm pretty sure $40 profit would result in an extra $40 above what you paid for the lot.

Nice sets - hopefully you mine some gems. Good luck with that

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)

Tommy, no snipe for the $599 bones or at least less than $699 paid? Since when do you leave moolah en la mesa?

let's just say that I don't think she thought there would be anyone make a bid on it since it sat for so long with no initial bid. But if you must know, I paid the minimum and got free shipping. image

The way I figured it judging on past sales and putting bottom dollar on every set in the worst condition I would think it would be in, I think I can get at least $850 out of them. Now if the condition is like I think it is judging from the not so good scans, I will get a few hundred more. I'm hoping there are some low pop graders in there as well.

That Henderson Rookie, Gwynn Rookie, and Sandberg Rookie look really good. The Brett Rookie looks nice as well, along with some of those other '75's. The '76 Ryan looks well centered and pretty sharp too. Not to mention the '73 partial, '78 partial, and 400+ '70's football cards that are included.

This seems like a great deal to me. I know the value can range a great deal with condition but the cards look nice in the pics and you may as you mentioned find a few that are very nice.

    Good luck.

Hope you get some good stuff....but why do I think there is a reason beyond just the sets that you bought from this seller and her name....."1969Patti1969" image

It might be me but I only counted 9. Hope you weren't counting on a Dawson RC in your pickup.

EDIT: Nevermind, I see they snuck in the "awesome" 82 Fleer set! I'd be ecstatic if I were you!
