1796 and 1797 half dollars to complete my year run. It's not that they are unattainable--a few show up every year or so. It's been more a case of my refusal to pay more for a coin than I did for my house.
Just because I'm old doesn't mean I don't love to look at a pretty bust.
I've had a tough time finding the right MS 1907 HR Saint and $50 Pan Pac Oct.................They remain at the top of the list. MJ
Walker Proof Digital Album Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......
Am looking to aquiring a 1794 starred rev cent... prices are way up there so trying to take my time... The main problem I been seeing is NOT many come up for auction. So the pickings are slim.
I'm always looking for eye appealing Buffalo nickels, just as long as it's not a 1938-d. Just love the looks of these coins and can't get enough. A nice eye appealing 1925-D is on the list...But very hard piece to find....
The bitterness of "Poor Quality" is remembered long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.

Same here ...
At least not the coins that are on my A LIST.
What's on my A List? A "no problem" 1796 No Stars quarter eagle in "no question" AU, and a $50 Pan-Pac octagonal $50 gold in very Choice MS-63 or 64.
Maybe I'll get lucky at the FUN show. If not, then it will be "B list" time. >>
I wish I had your problem!
