I have finally found a nice way to store and display my collection!

I had in mind to buy one of these cases but wanted to see it on hand first.
I found it at the CoinFest and was lucky that the dealer had a big variety of trays (while the supplier's website I usually buy from had just 2 types).
What do you think? (I know someone will say that airtites are for sissies!)

I opted for the cheap 3 drawer plastic tray at Wal Mart for 6 bucks!..I just keep the coins in plastic flips. (yours is MUCH nicer!)

I wish they were...

Not for me (since this is pretty much what I have, plus few more on my sdb), but there was a bigger case too.
This dealer also sells very nice wooden cases.

Thanks but mine are just modern bullions...I like them though!

Easy to see why you like it. Just pull out a tray and enjoy all those coins at once.

I like the case, neat way to display it.
I do have a cautionary tale though. I had purchased a huge collection that was locked in a safe and not touched since 30 plus years. It had a little of everything. A few of the items were in boxes with stryo foam. The foam had dried to a crisp and had emitted fumes that permanetly and irreparable made all nearby coins junk. I'm sure yours' will be fine, so long as you don't slow down on the hobby, loose interest and end up storing them for decades. Just be aware of the long term danger.
Looks like it works well, and looks nice!

Thanks for the advice and for sharing that story.
The foam can be removed (especially if you want to add more trays). In any case, this is a temporary solution, when I will move back to Italy (will I?) I will get something more expensive and nicer to display my coins.

<< <i>Those look very nice. My only concern is storing that much metal in the house. >>
The purpose of collecting, imo, is to enjoy the hobby and the coins.
My area is pretty safe, anyway that's not my whole collection, it is splitted in 3 parts: 2 at home and 1 in the sdb.
edited to add: in the end,it's not even that much metal. My 20 years old Rolex is worth more than that (and it's been always on my wrist)
