I am pleased to offer over 150 PCGS graded Barber Halves in circulated grades. This accumulation consists of a very nice set consigned to me from MFH here on the boards consisting of his recently retired #2 set. Along with Mike's beautiful set of halves are another 90+ coins from another collection I bought in Boston at the ANA plus other coins I have been buying along the way here and there. These are all recently back from PCGS and I am pleased to say 98 out of 108 graded for a 90% or so success rate.
If you have ever considered doing a Barber Half set, date set or just want a nice type coin this is a great opportunity to get a good headstart. There are many semi-keys and keys here too, R-4's and R-5's. Not just the commons although in these grades none can really be called all that common.
I really do feel honored to be able to offer these here. They will go up on the website over the weekend but for those of you looking on here you are getting first shot. I am including some photos, all done by Todd (blu62vette) and have all of the consignment coin photos done plus some of the others.
I will ship them to Forum members FREE on me as I have done in the past. Shipping is insured, Priority Mail, Delivery Confirmation.
I am more then happy to consider extended terms up to 90 days. I know we all have budgets and I am very willing to work with you. Up to 90 day Layaway, 1/3 up front locks the coin in for you. No returns or refunds on Layaway however. I do appreciate time is money and hope you do as well when extended terms are offered. Thanks!
Checks are fine or derivitives thereof such as MO's or Cashier's Checks. Personal Checks are fine but I will hold shipment for a couple of days until I have confidence the check has cleared if we have not done business before. Paypal is also fine except please add 2.9% to offset the cost to me.
Photos can be made available to any purchaser. I do ask that you not post photos ahead of receiving the coins as a common courtesy.
Any Questions? Please contact me either by PM here, email, or call me, the number can be found on my website. I am happy to answer anything that may cross your mind or need clarification. Just let me know.
So here they are, all PCGS graded so I won't repeat PCGS on each one, and thank you for looking. I do appreciate it.

<< <i>Wow. Those are awesome coins. >>
I'm very pleased with the work Todd has done in imaging my
Second Tier set. I'm also very happy that a number of fellow collectors
are taking advantage of this opportunity. The sale of a complete set as
individual coins [ sans a couple being kept for "old times sake" ] doesn't
come around all too often.

I am checking as I can and will be setting up for the Portland show this evening. Had a good visit with my Dad yesterday evening and watched the Oregon Ducks do their thing!
My Dad had recent surgery, it is Pancreatic cancer but it is early, the surgery went well and there is reasonable hope in the prognosis.
Working on these halves has kept me busy and occupied.
I have been so pleased with the response, thank you so very much. There are still about 90 halves available and all tough to find in these grades. I can provide pics for the lower priced pieces if you have interest, although they will be by me using my iPhone and they may be a bit slow getting to you with the next couple of days schedule. But I will get them to you!
Anyway, thanks again for looking, your purchases, and support. It's been a pleasure and honor handling MFH's set along with the other pieces acquired and graded along the way.

Now if only I can sell some more of my junk to buy more.
PS for Mike they are still in your registry emails sent.
I have deleted from "My Inventory" on PCGS's Registry
all coins marked HOLD on Glenn's Listing as well as all
coins that I have sold outright.
Lindedad - I'm happy you're pleased with your newps.
I liked them myself as well !!

Just wanted to add my 2 cents on a few coins...
That 96-S in a 35 holder is stunning, rare coin in that condition
Congrats to the new owner!
And the 00-O is another stunner....congrats to the new owner also
What a joy looking at those coins.
I am just finishing a deal with Glenn and you couldn't ask for a better person to deal with, very friendly to talk to.
First class all the way.
A bump to a very nice coin dealer.
Rob
Got the coin in the mail...only one word to describe it...AWESOME! Thanks for a swift deal...was a pleasure doing business with you!

Seems as if in haste - the photographer mixed up the OBV with another
coin's REV. What we have now is an XF OBV and a MS REV.
The buyer of this coin and I have been in contact with each other and
he realizes it was a small error. The OBV is correct - and the coin is graded XF 45.
I supplied him with the old images of the coin when I purchased it. As 1898
is a favorite date of mine - due to family reasons - I have had dozens of 1898 coins.
This seems to be the only Half in XF in "My Pictures". Now, I'm not too sure myself
about the coin - just that its an XF 45. My image of the OBV sure doesn't match the
OBV of the coin image taken by BluCCphotos. If its the same coin, then, Todd's a Mirace Worker. LOL.
Here's the image of the coin posted.
A note of Thanks to all who have purchased my Halves thru Glenn !!
I hope you're enjoying them as much as I had in assembling the set.

Brian,
Give Glenn a call. You never know what is actually happening.
Could be that a coin on "HOLD" is still available - but I think
it should read "SOLD".
Still some great looking coins still available.
Good luck !!

Good luck with the sale as it continues into Baltimore.
I wish I were there as well...as there's another Half I'm bidding on
tomorrow afternoon. I'm high bidder and still have alot of play left in my
Max Bid - but - I'd sure hate to loose it. I should call Debbie and have her
call me when that coin approaches the Block !!
