Maybe the banks that have been participating in the effort to surpress prices are now starting to fear a big loss if business continues as usual. Price hasn't been beaten down for awhile, maybe the true market will prevail after all.

    I think so. The open interest is a huge factor...keeps growing. Eventually the banks lose big time.
