    Bought a 12-unit apartment building in 2004 for $630k. Just sold it for $1.529 million.

    The brick building I bought yesterday was originally listed at $400k. Appraised for $315k. I paid $210k.

    The duplex was appraised at $89k. I paid $56k.

    Stopped by the B&M right after the close of the duplex this morning. He had two icy-cold frosty fresh original rolls of prospectors. I snagged the 1985s:

    Unfortunately not, gsa1fan. But I've never seen such beautiful prospectors before, or at least not so many at once.

    Paid $22 each for them.

    That's why I asked they look mint fresh. I never knew Engelhard had there own tube until recently. Most of the bulk I bought were 1982 Prospectors.
