Leaving feedback for forum members?

I've done a number of transactions with forum members this month. One just asked me how he can leave me feedback. My profile is set to allow feedback but I've never left or received it on this board. Can anyone help with a simple explanation?

A search on feedback came up empty; all topics were requests for feedback on websites, complaints about Ebay feedback, etc.

    If you click on the eyeglasses on the upper right hand corner of your thread, it will bring you to a page where you can rate the user. That's all.

    This is really funny.

    Coindudeonebay, you raise a great question. I turned it on last night and now I have two ratings and an average of 5.5--perhaps a "1" and a "10"???

    I think the best response is "turn the feature off and don't worry about it."

    Is a "1" good or is a "10" good?

    I can see how one person would give you a "2" thinking a "1" is the best; likewise I can see someone giving you a "9" thinking that a "10" is the best.

    I think that 10 is best... but who knows? Anyone over 50 remembers Bo Derek - she never got a "ONE"!

    I give my feedback by including people I deal with below. And if I have dealt with you and your name isn't here, don't worry, I just forgot. I try to do it on the 15th but this month passed me by. Feel free to remind me, I'd appreciate it. There hasn't been anything but good dealings on the BST for me.
    Have bought and sold on BST, many references available when asked.

    listing successful BST transactions in your signature line, with forum member name, helps establish positive feedback for you and the other party.

    So it seems anyone can leave feedback for anyone at anytime for anything. So I don't think it's very useful.
