Just got back from the Rockford coin show and picked up some stuff I will post next Friday
I also got to meet our very own, Coinnerd, at the show. Very nice meeting and chatting with you Dave.
I wanted to post this one as it is one I have not seen before. And got it for $21.00. Good price I thought given it is just a touch above spot. The dealer I bought this from also had a 500oz JM bar sitting on this table. Thats right 500 oz! He said he had 2 of them that he bought for $19K. It was awesome to hold in my hands!

Beautiful! I have another bar in this series, and if you're ever interested in getting rid of that, please let me know. By the way, they are produced by Valcambi, though Valcambi did do Credit Suisse's bars.
Ciccio, nice collection! Aren't you downsizing your silver holdings?

"Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD: And thou shalt love the LORD thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might." -Deut. 6:4-5
"For the LORD is our judge, the LORD is our lawgiver, the LORD is our king; He will save us." -Isaiah 33:22
I did grab this one of eBay ... looking now for the nice 4 ladies one. (Not my scan though..it's in the mail)
bstat1020...I've got bar # 478, but unlike yours, it's in proof condition. On the other hand, I had to dish out $30 for my bar...not scarce, comes up quite often on eBay.
"Bongo drive 1984 Lincoln that looks like old coin dug from ground."
Opa, (another) nice Pamp of yours!! And yes, those Valcambi bars were rather proof-like in appearance; perhaps bstat's bar looks the way it does due to angle and lighting, and the horrid PVC pouch. Do you know how many skyscrapers/banks were portrayed in this series?

My bar does have a proof finsih to it. Crap picture and PVC strached to he$$ holder made it look like that. Since it has been with me, it has been removed from PVC flip.

These were put out by the FNB of Chicago, whose headquarters was 100 yards from where I am sitting. The series showed Chicago landmarks, including the Sears Tower and John Han**** Building, the FNB bank itself, the old Water Tower, the Adler Planetarium, the Robie House (a famous Frank Lloyd Wright structure and maybe one or two more. We get them in from time to time. Have one of the bank building right now.
I also have a one ounce gold bar from FNB Chicago, but there is no building on it.
