Graded ASE price

I found an offer to purchase a graded 2009 Silver Eagle for $25. Is that a decent price for an NGC graded MS69?

The original owner has more than that in it.

Good price for a BIN, but the NGC 69's can be had for under $25 via auctions, minor premium over the raw product. Buy the raw coin and save a few bucks.

    What he said.
    It's just bullion.
The most money I made are on coins I haven't sold.

    Got quoins?

But if you collect them graded you got a good price.
