Going for a 100 mile ride today. Woohoo, good times!
So basically my kid won't be able to go to college, but at least I'll have a set where the three most expensive cards are of a player I despise ~ CDsNuts
Thank you so much for your donation, I sincerely appreciate it.

Stalking someone, are ya? >>
If I was stalking, would have been good for the first 10 miles. The remaining 92 had a BRUTAL head/crosswind and freaking whooped my butt. Typically, I can do 100 in about 5:30 and feel somewhat okay, all things considered. Yesterday took 6:20 and I was absolutely exhausted. The wind shows no mercy.
Thankfully after making it to a friend's to watch the Texans and a couple beers, I felt better by the 2nd half.

1) As of now, we have raised $3,225! Absolutely freaking amazing and job well done.
2) While the CU contest ends today (guess at 11:59 PM CST), you're still more than welcome to be generous with donations and Karma will shine brightly upon you.
3) I'm headed up to Austin tomorrow for a Mellow Johnny's ride Saturday morning (I'm riding the 50-mile route). For those that don't know, 10/2 is LIVESTRONG Day, which celebrates Lance's cancer anniversary. If you're interested in getting involved, check HERE to see if there's an event near you. Or you can just wear yellow and show your support.
4) I'll have the drawing sometime next week. Again, if you donated but don't see your name listed, PLEASE let me know.
5) Finally, from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for your support, generosity, and most importantly, PSA/CU for allowing me to do this.

Whatever number gets picked from random.org, that will correspond with the above list.
Good luck!

Sorry but I'm not going to say who won. You'll just have to watch the video and find out.

YES!!! I'm sorry for not responding sooner, I usually check this site about every hour but it's been crazy at work today. Thank you SO MUCH for the contest! I'm happy I could contribute!
I think I know what I'm going to do with this prize. I'm going to give it to my Uncle, the cancer survivor who game be the autos that I contributed to this contest. I haven't told him that I donated those autos to this cause yet, because I was trying to figure out a good way to tell him. Giving him this in return would be the perfect thing to do! He will love it.
Man this REALLY made my day today. It's been kind of a somber week because my close friend's father passed away on Tuesday of Mesothelioma, which is a rare form of cancer that develops from the protective lining that covers many of the body's internal organs. He battled it for 18 months. Tonight is his calling hours, and tomorrow is his funeral.
Barry, what you're doing here is a very noble thing, thank you for the contest, and for everything you do to help fight this terrible disease.
Again, a heartfelt thank you for everyone's generosity and support!

Headed out to ATX tomorrow morning. Have a ride with MJ's, then packet pickup, then meet Team Radio Shack , then sleep. Saturday, get to work and then have an appreciation dinner. On Sunday, it's on like Donkey Kong!
Also, I forgot to post pictures from the 10/2 ride with MJ's. Good times.
