1964 Washie Proof....... Deep Cam??

Worth submitting?
I have a bunch of coins going to PCGS in the morning, should I include this one?
Its frosty everywhere, but quick image doesn't show it as such

I'd venture a 67DCAM, maybe a 68.
Looks like a tiny die crack or a die scratch underneath his right wing.
Was this a proof set find?
I don't knowwhat these sell for but as long
as I am mailing out coos today
I guess I will put it in as well.
Thanks everyone

Looks like an early strike off of a fresh set of dies. The lower right wing tip might just be a struck thru fiber, common with fresh dies.

<< <i>Looks Dcam to me as well.

That's what I was thinking and upon close examination it looks that way too. But not sure how PCGS will grade that?
Will they drop it a point for that?

<< <i>PR68 DCAM >>
I'm with Mr. Carr. Beauty there Steph.
I have seen coins with struck thru fibers grade high and some low. I think it depends on exactly where the strike thu is on the coin. If it is in a very noticeable place I think it takes a much bigger hit gradewise than if it is tucked low on the right wing tip on the reverse.

<< <i>I don't think the lint on the lower left wing tip will affect the grade. >>
But it left a gouge where the lint was

I know of a couple sellers on eBay that can make non-CAM (but close) coins look DCAM
with lighting and dark background reflections
and not talking about the sellers that photoshop their efforts
The photo does make it look very nice
<< <i>DCAM? maybe - I have no experience with your photo technique/skills with proof coins
