I couldn't decide what to give as a gift so I finally narrowed it down to a 10oz. bar of silver. He liked that more than the digital movie camera someone else gave to him.

Now tell him to use the camera to take a pic of the bar and post it here!

<< <i>I'd go with the 10oz GOLD bar instead!!

If I had your money I could have.
It was a "Liberty" bar by the way.
Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

<< <i>thats great! Hopefully your son will start stacking! >>
As I was walking out to the car I turned and told him he needed to buy at least 1 SAE each month, more if he could afford it.
He not only graduated but graduated with an excellent job in the field he studied for, (Construction Management) he signed a 1 year contract already.

Great gift idea. I'm curious---what brand bar did you gave him?

If he studied economics and current events it's understandable.
<< <i>Liberty, it had a huge statue of liberty on one side and the specs of it being 10 oz.'s and .999 pure silver on the other. It may not be worth a whole lot but I wanted something he look at 50 years from now and tell his grandchildren "My Dad gave this to me". >>
Excellent choice. Good looking bar with a great design. I have a few in my silver stash and I can understand why he cherishes it.
