I love all the old world gold, even though I have no clue on them.

If I get a lot more money I would love to start collecting world gold! Ciccios father has an amazing world gold collection, I'm sure when Ciccio sees this thread he can post all those mouth drooling pictures image

A lot of nice gold here. Can I assume that these coins can be bought at close to melt levels?

The exception to the above is the fu lu and shu.

Much lower mintage than the originally reported 20k. Reportedly between 4 and 5k

    Very much sought after.

  • I just bought my first gold foreign coin at the ANA show on thursday. I got a 1911 PR65Cam GB 1/2 Sovereign for about the price of a generic ms 62 St Gaudens. No pics yet but will post one ASAP. I really like the idea of having the gold in the form of a beautiful piece!
