Sterling discount?

I am a collector of all things Idaho so when this popped up I knew I had to have it... But I am curious as to the price... I think I bought it under spot. Is there a discount for sterling in the same way that 40% is discounted?

    Yes.,.. 5000 grains = 10.48 toz x .925= ASW
