1983 OPC hockey factory sticker / book

Wondering if anyone else has ever seen a factory sealed ( vintage thicker style plastic ) that looks very professional done as shown in the scan.

Looking at the top & bottom edges, in the center of the book section, it appears the stickers in between have the older style rubber bands look to them, but it doesn't appear to have a total of 263, as I was led to believe when purchased.

any help?

    I have never seen this done at all. The stickers from me experience were always separate from the Album.

    Ditto....the stickers did not come with the books, and if they did....they would not have been $0.25. (The packs of 5-6 stickers were like $0.20).
    Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
    Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.

    Thank you gentlemen, ive never seen it before on "factory" things, but it used to be deal ages ago.....
