The seller's last feedback was in 2005. Smells like a hijacked ebay account. Seller is out of NYC - Western hemisphere home of the Russian mob.

I would sooner take the $39,000 and buy lottery tickets.

I have seen the CCCP bars, and that is what they look like, but I agree it looks like a hijacked account.

Ask your local B&M to get you a kilo. Pamp Suisse is a good brand.
