New all-time most expensive coin. Got one?

I just got an e-mail from Heritage with info about a 1794 PCGS SP66 silver dollar that sold for $7,800,000, or maybe it was $7,850,000.
Speculation is that it could be the first one of these to come off the dies.
Maybe you already knew about this but it's the first I'd heard of the sale.

It is health that is real wealth, not pieces of gold and silver. Gandhi.

I my opinion, it is a nice coin, but it's not the finiest known from what I've seen and I don't see it as the first one that came off the dies. The price seemed to be on the high side to me.
I firmly believe in numismatics as the world's greatest hobby, but recognize that this is a luxury and without collectors, we can all spend/melt our collections/inventories.

Julian, I really can't argue with that. Besides, it's bigger than a nickel and easier on my myopic eyes.
If no one ever mentioned it before, that was a really excellent choice for an icon for a guy who's been around almost as long as that Injun
