Fresh Fish

Greetings,
Just joined this message board and wanted to say hi to everyone. I have stalked this particular forum for some years now, and I dont know why I never joined. I have learned a great deal from the members on this forum, and also got quite a few laughs.
About myself; I have a profile on ebay you can check out (same handle), but basically Im in my late (very late) 40's and started collecting 8 years ago. The collecting started as bullion investment, which I did very well in, because it has done nothing but rise since then, but that eventually progressed into collecting. I got lucky and moved to Missouri and associated myself with the local coin club. An older gent became my mentor and I learned a lot from him. I do have a penchent for mint state peace dollars, walking liberties, and circulated indian half eagles, classic head half cents and early dollars. I am also driven to complete series instead of type sets. I am sure 10 years from now I will have acquired new tastes. I usually go to the coins shows in north utah, but I am also planning on going to 50th annual coin show in St. Charles, Missouri this July (hopefully), and hang out with some of my old friends there.
I am not to big on posting, but I will try to show some pics of my nicer coins, eventually. I do know one member here, JZrarities, and he has a fire in his belly for coins!!
May everyone on the boards have the best of everything, always.
