Coin sniffer and code 91

Now that PCGS will incorporate there technology into there grading system will they be able to do away with there code 91 as it has really been a sore spot with me and other collectors.
I have a few coins that have exceptional toning that I inheriated.
I removed the coins from albums where they had been for over sixty years and I can say with some confidence the the toning is NT.
But when I submitted the coins I got a lousy code 91 and a no grade. These coins could of been toned befor they went into the album and as I was not alive when they went in the album I can not say for sure but I think not. In any case I would like to know one way or the other and not just have to live with a no grade and always wonder. So I ask what can your machine do for me???

Give the laziest man the toughest job and he will find the easiest way to get it done.

Ask not what the machine can do for you, but what you can do for the machine!
(But seriously, that's a good question and I'd like to know the answer too!)
60 years into this hobby and I'm still working on my Lincoln set!
