Lawsuit and NGC

NGC has been quiet in this lawsuit. They should at least join with PCGS against the Dr's. Now here comes a broad and controversial statement: the coin Dr's will no longer be allowed to submit to PCGS and thus will turn to NGC. So submitting coins to NGC is in fact supporting the Dr's. If you want to show your support to PCGS, then do all your business with PCGS.

Flame away.

    << <i>Wouldn't you think NGC will follow PCGS in joining the lawsuit, they seem to be letting PCGS pave the way these days and then climbing aboard when the dust settles. >>

    Really?
    That's an interesting take.

    If a coin doctor can't submit directly to PCGS he will try to find another party to do so on his behalf. Either way, NGC would be/is already on notice regarding known coin doctors. And submissions to NGC by non-coin doctors have absolutely nothing to do with "in fact supporting the Dr's".

    I learned in the other thread that the F.B.I was involved in a similar situation with Baseball Cards ;

    it is my hope they become involved with the coin doctoring issue as well .
