New seated dime for my collection.

Picked this seated dime up a few months ago.
I'm debating sending it in with my PCGS submission.
How's the color look? In hand it looks natural to me but I'd appreciate hearing what forum members think.

surfaces (especially on reverse) look a little funky to me.

I think it would grade 'genuine' at PCGS, but I hope I'm wrong.

Perhaps it's the lighting, but it looks like a dipped EF with secondary toning.

    Thanks guys.
I thought it might be an old cleaning.
The untoned surfaces are fairly lustrous.
It looks good in its ANACS holder but I am curious if it would slab at PCGS.
