Opinion on ebay auction

I have been thinking about a set of Liberty nickels, so I thought I would browse ebay to see what raw coins are out there. I came across this coin. Although well struck the luster on it, especially on the reverse looks strange. Im worried it has been cleaned. Opinions? I will probably stick with certified coins when making the collection!

Never mind that it's usually impossible to grade coins accurately from images, that the seller appears to over-grade his offerings. has a bad reputation and that it's a bad idea to buy coins out of auctions on a sight-unseen basis..

if I want something in a PCGS slab from eBay, it usually is safer/easier to buy it in PCGS slab
