do you think the TPG's use grading sets for just certain coins when grading the coins sent to them?

...just wondering how often the sets are used when grading. do some graders (probably the veterans) not bother
using the sets since they feel confident of their expertise in the particular type coin they're working on. while others,
probably new employees, use them often. or are the sets only used for ultra rare coins? thoughts?

The top grading services only hire experienced world class graders.
