Who wants Rhodium?

Kitco

Precious metal powder?! Not for me, thanks...
Why can't just make bars? Is there a reason for it?

  • Its next to impossible to mint in coin form or as a ring - apparantly Cohen Mint will being doing it soon and releasing not 1g coins but actual 1oz bars. The price will probably be 25% or spot though. I plan on buying at least an oz or two.

    Cohen mint makes Rhodium coins.

And I understand Kitco is trying to make a market with their "sponge". But is selling it to the person you bought it from really a 2 way street?

There is someone selling bars on eBay, too.

It's got potential. But it just seems too much like a penny stock. Way too narrow a market, and way too few sellers expecting way too much of a premium to sell. And I imagine they buy way back of spot if they buy at all.
